Why Spitfire coffee?
A simple story…our beans are hand-roasted in the North East of England by a proud son of a brave Geordie lass who, at the age of 19, was sent from Newcastle to Birmingham to help build Spitfires during the Second World War.
Dorothy or ‘Dotty’ as she was known, would be happy to know we are remembering her by sharing a lovely cuppa together.
